Neels gap at mountain crossings

A 16 mile hike up and down till Bloods Mountain 4735'. Still hasn't tested us. But the heavy packs 42lbs are wrecking havoc on dans Achilles' tendons. A hiker who is a nurse and spent 8 years in Afghanistan told Dan lighter shoes and lighter packs.
At mountain crossing we got our pack weight from 42 to 22lbs
