Day 4

Woke up to 40m winds. At least the rain had stopped. Dan and I took pictures of the shoes hanging in the big tree.

Waited for the Mountain Crossings to open and scooted in to reserve a night in the hostel and get a shakedown of our gear.

Our packs weighed 42 lbs when we started and after we packed our gear to send home we walked out with new lighter gear and less stuff for 22lbs packs.

Dan put ice on his Achilles heals and took care of his blisters.
