4.4 AT421 20m hike and 6 in town

Got up to a beautiful day. We went through more mountains and spring mountain streams.

Got stopped at mile 16 by Shadow and Country Mouse with trail magic which was a wild buffet of food. Chris, Dan and I ate and listened to many trail stories and info from the young couple.

We went into town to resupply at dollar general and a 30 tab at McD's.
