10.3.66 AT1144.7. 24mile hike

Last night we had a young Texan thru hiker whom started on February 14 set up camp next to us. He expects to be done by mid July.

Dan and I were up at 5am and hiking by 6am. We were cooking! I kept up with Dan on all downhills, flats and some uphills.
We have been motivated for our 2 day 46mile push to see my Cousin Michael and his family.

Dan avoided stepping on a nice sized rattle snake. No scream from him. Guess he didn't inherit my gene.

Dans got us scheduled for 6 days of hiking before a resupply. I would suspect we'll be through most of PA.
